We recognize that every community and organization is unique, and that a one-size-fits-all approach does not work. With this understanding, we partner closely with those we support to learn from their contexts and build on their existing strengths—ensuring solutions are responsive, inclusive, and grounded in real-world realities.

" I had the pleasure of working with Koyali as a consultant on a program evaluation, recommendation report, and policy brief, and it was an excellent experience. She invested significant effort and dedication in understanding our needs and objectives, enabling high-level collaboration.
Koyali demonstrated exceptional communication skills, remained open to feedback, and ensured that the reports aligned with our goals while providing valuable insights that greatly informed our future work.
I highly recommend Koyali for her professionalism, dedication, and ability to deliver insightful and impactful evaluation and recommendation reports".

"In my role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the United Nations Association in Canada (UNA-Canada), I worked with Koyali Burman as an consultant to evaluate youth engagement projects focused on sustainable employment and digital literacy and equity.
Koyali developed a strong understanding of project goals and impacts, applied a rigorous, triangulated evaluation approach, and engaged meaningfully with diverse stakeholders, including youth participants. She delivered a clear, practical evaluation report with actionable recommendations, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, critical thinking, and respect for timelines and budget constraints. I would not hesitate to hire her again and highly recommend her as an Evaluation Specialist".
